Can you hear me now? Competition for Cesar Milan, the Dog Whisperer is on the horizon. The premier of Dogs in the City starring dog guru Justin Silver has Silver helping dog owners with their doggie issue. These dogs find themselves living with their owners in a busy metropolis city where there isn’t a lot of running room for the dogs. In the premier show, Silver helps one dog with an obesity problem and a second dog with skateboarding issues.
