We have the following policies set in place in regards to Product Reviews:

Dogs Rule Cats Drool will review products for either dogs or cat items. We can even have the animals do a taste test of the product as they like trying new things. Please contact us by email for the address to send a product.

• We review products for either dog or cats and reserve the right to refuse the review if you send a product that was not agreed upon.
• Reviews are FREE of charge.
• A product is required for all reviews and will not be returned.
• Please allow 3 to 8 weeks for your review to be completed.
• If you have a specific date in mind for the review to be posted, we will work with you to accommodate your request.
• We will send you an email with the link to the review once it has been posted.
• We do not accept sample sizes for review. Full-sized products are required so we can adequately test out the product.
• We ask that pictures in jpg format be send by email to accompany the review post.
• We are not responsible for any shipping or duty costs. Any packages shipped COD, will be refused and returned to sender.
• You are welcome to add a discount or coupon code to the review at no charge and will be added at the end of the post. We will not create a separate post for the review.
• In the case of a negative review, we will contact you by email prior to posting and you have the option to decline the review post.
• Dogs Rule reserves the right to not post a review if the terms described above have not been met.
